New Trailer: Jurassic World

I am a huge fan of Jurassic Park and, even though the sequels haven’t been as good, I get really excited whenever there is a new installment. Jurassic World is set to hit theaters this June and a new trailer just dropped. This one is

Hello and welcome to Stacked, a weekly (usually) post where I discuss what books I’ve recently bought, borrowed or received. This week’s haul is brought to you by YALLWEST. My haul is actually pretty small. While the event had a ton of awesome authors, I’ve been lucky

Uncovered (144): The Shattered Court

Who says you can’t judge a book by its cover? While it’s not the only factor in picking up a book, a pretty cover doesn’t hurt. Uncovered is a weekly post where I show some cover love. Enjoy! This week’s cover love goes out to The Shattered Court

Audiobook Review: The Martian by Andy Weir

It’s going to sound like I’m telling you spoilers, but almost everything I mention here is already on the jacket cover or takes place in the first few chapters of the book. Hello and welcome to Stacked, a weekly (usually) post where I discuss what books I’ve recently bought, borrowed or received. Happy Easter to everyone that celebrates. I like to celebrate chocolate and pastel colors on Easter so I am munching on some Cadbury mini eggs right now.

Review: The Secrets We Keep by Trisha Leaver

Review: The Secrets We Keep by Trisha Leaver

Maddy and Ella are identical twins but they could not be more different. Maddy is popular and vivacious. People seem to gravitate towards her. Ella on the other hand, is quiet and is more interested in getting into art school than who’s going with whom to the Snow Ball. Maddy and Ella used to be best friends until high school, when Maddy got a whole new group of friends and there seemed to be no place for Ella in Maddy’s new life.
