Uncovered (138): A Long Spoon

Who says you can’t judge a book by its cover? While it’s not the only factor in picking up a book, a pretty cover doesn’t hurt. Uncovered is a weekly post where I show some cover love.

Hello and happy Friday to you. This week’s cover love goes out to this creepy cool cover for A Long Spoon by Jonathan L. Howard, which is a short story from Tor.com. There is just something about this cover that calls out to me. It’s a little fantastical and weird and I love the dreamy color palette. The spider is super creepy but I can’t help but like this one. It makes me want to know what story lies inside its pages. I have never read anything by Howard but I think I would like to now.
