Manicure Monday (89): Valentine’s Day Edition

Hi, everyone! I don’t actually have a bookish manicure for you today. I probably won’t have time to do proper book nails for a week or two and decided that I’d show you my Valentine’s Day nails this week instead. I don’t usually do holiday nails but I felt the urge to do something bright and fun for Valentine’s Day. I know people have mixed feelings about V-Day, but I happen to love it. I spent the evening with friends, Indian food and The Kingsman. Colin Firth in a suit is as good as it sounds.

I am not going to go into a ton of detail for this manicure. I knew I wanted to use hot pink and the rest I kind of made up as I went along.

I wanted to make each nail a little different, which was harder than I thought it was going to be. It was just hard to think of interesting things to do on each nail.

Here is a picture of my elusive right hand. As a right handed person it’s always easier to take pictures of my non-dominant hand. I wanted to get a pic of my right hand though just because I did do something different on each finger. Drawing that heart with my left hand was really hard.
