Uncovered (142): First & Then

Hi and welcome to Uncovered, a weekly post where I show some cover love. Hello again! It’s been a while since my last Uncovered post. No real excuses except that I’ve been pretty busy lately and haven’t had time to really notice what new covers are out there. But this one came to me recently from a friend. She received a publicity post about it and sent it to me, knowing that I would fall in love with it. First & Then by Emma Mills sounds like a cute contemporary YA novel about a teen whose life is turned upside down when her parents take in a cousin. I am not usually one for contemps but this cover has won me over. I can’t say no to rainbows and I love the watercolor effect of the raindrops. This just looks sweet and fun and yes, I think it would make a great Manicure Monday.
