Hello and happy new year! I hope you all had a great holiday. Sorry for the sporadic posting the last couple of weeks. I had planned to do a bunch of year end lists but ended up not doing any of it. I will hopefully get back into the swing of things next week though. This week, I just have one bookish acquisition to show you.

Earth Girl by Janet Edwards – Earth Girl is today’s Kindle daily deal and is just $2.99. This was highly recommended to me by my good friend Bookyurt. I actually have a library copy of it at home right now but it’s due back today, so this deal is perfect timing. Looks like a sci-fi YA novel and it’s gotten good reviews.
