Hello and happy Sunday. I hope that you guys are all having a nice weekend. Mine has been really fun, but also super busy. When I am really busy I find that all I want to do is find some time to chill out and read. I don’t know if I will get the chance this weekend but I picked up a couple of books this week in case I do find some time.

Immortal by JR Ward – !!! This book just came out this week and I found a copy at my local library on Saturday. This is the last book in Ward’s Fallen Angels series and I am excited to see how it ends. I only have this one for 7 days so I will probably start it really soon.

Pride of Baghdad by Brian K Vaughan and Niko Henrichon – I have been looking for this standalone story by Brian Vaughan for a while now and spotted a copy at my non-regular library branch. This is told from the point of view of a lion and I am really curious to see what it’s about.

As you can see, another small haul this week. I’ve been trying to be good and read the books I have, which are many. The bright and shiny still calls to me but I am going to try to hold out until Christmas to do any major book shopping. Happy reading, everyone!
