Adult coloring books have seen a surge in popularity over the last year or so. With high pressure jobs and hectic home lives, many stressed out adults are starting to see the benefits of carving out a little bit of time for creativity. Coloring books are a really great way to do something fun and creative that doesn’t require a lot of materials of preparation. Just grab a box of crayons or colored pencils and you’re ready to go.
